About Nastasia
Nastasia Petrella is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (#14614).
She helps individuals and couples navigate patterns of anxiety and emotional overwhelm while helping them to build stronger, long-lasting relationships. She has a special interest in supporting clients through reproductive experiences, including pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood as she knows major life transitions can bring both joy and unexpected emotional challenges.
She draws upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and integrates strengths-based strategies, Emotionally-focused therapy and solution-focused approaches based on the unique needs of her clients.
Outside from her work as a therapist, Nastasia is a mom who loves spending time with her toddler, baking, playing soccer and writing creatively. She also holds a special place in her heart for NICU parents.
